Reporting to the Director Operations, you will be an active participant in the broader SA leadership team, modelling exceptional behaviours and contributing to our culture, business planning and deliverables. You will lead, enable and motivate teams and individuals to administer, prepare for and deliver electoral events. You will be based out of the Adelaide CBD but will be required to manage and support a diverse and at times a geographically dispersed operational network to deliver large-scale results in a broad and complex delivery environment. The key duties of the position include We are looking for a strong leader who is agile, self-motivated and results-driven to manage state election planning, delivery and evaluation in SA. You will be responsible for focusing strategically on the agency objectives to facilitate the adoption of best practice across the broader leadership network, while also leading your team in project management, financial, procurement and logistics to enhance both business as usual and election planning activities. You will contribute to the development of team objectives for short term tasks and strategic planning for longer-term initiatives, including setting priorities for the work area, maintaining team cohesion, and ensuring quality of outputs for the work area.
