The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction or manufacturing industry, strong knowledge of finance processes, and ideally experience with SAP S/4HANA. Description Manage the end-to-end credit control process, including debt recovery and payment allocations. Maintain and update customer accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance. Monitor outstanding debts and follow up with customers for overdue payments. Prepare and distribute regular reports on account statuses and collections progress. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies promptly. Handle customer queries related to invoices and payments professionally. Profile Proven experience in a credit control role, ideally within the construction or manufacturing sector Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (or similar ERP systems) High attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills Good communication and negotiation abilities Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Job Offer Opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.
