Overview The Deputy Principal is to support the Principal and Executive in both the strategic and day-to-day leadership and management of the school. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Deputy Principal supports the Principal and acts in their absence. The role leads strategic initiatives aligned with the school’s vision and values, with delegated responsibility for areas including teaching and learning innovation, staff management, professional development, and quality improvement. NESA Accreditation to teach in NSW. Experience in leadership in an independent school environment. Experience in school leadership, or a role providing support and leadership in an independent school environment, or equivalent experience. A strong commitment to inclusion, and to the mission, vision and values of Newcastle Anglican and Lakes Grammar An Anglican School A member of the Anglican Church of Australia, or some other Christian church affirmed by the Bishop.
