As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Human Resources Adviser to support our expanding workforce and help us maintain a strong, people-first culture. About the Role: This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting out in HR who wants to gain hands-on experience in a busy and dynamic service-based business. You'll work closely with our operations team to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and workplace safety, especially for our on-site cleaning teams across construction and commercial contracts. Your Key Responsibilities: Assist with end-to-end recruitment for site-based and office-based roles Support onboarding, inductions, and compliance checks for new hires Maintain accurate HR records, rosters, and documentation Coordinate training sessions, toolbox talks, and WHS compliance Respond to employee queries and assist with conflict resolution or performance matters Help manage contractor documentation and employment agreements Assist with HR reporting and audits as required What We’re Looking For: Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or currently studying Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent communication—especially when supporting site-based staff An understanding of (or interest in learning about) Fair Work and WHS legislation Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Previous experience in the construction or cleaning industry is a plus but not required Why Join Solution Cleaning Services?
