Make a difference -by helping improve oral health worldwide. - Position Overview This position leads the development and execution of the strategic marketing plan for the Essential Dental Solutions product portfolio and accountable for clearly formulating the assigned product portfolio's direction, defining its success and closely monitoring field execution. This role is part of an ANZ wide commercial team and requires excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the required sales and business objectives. - Primary Objectives - Responsible for growing sales and market penetration for an assigned product portfolio by undertaking market and competitive analysis to ensure pricing strategies position brands in the marketplace to optimize revenue and market share. - Responsible for development of the ANZ marketing plan for the assigned product portfolio in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders. - Responsible for the tactical execution of the ANZ marketing plan for the assigned product portfolio. - Responsible for all content relevant to the assigned product portfolio including but not limited to catalogues, brochures, advertising, presentations, training support, social media etc. - Responsible for developing and executing the CE plan for the assigned product portfolio in collaboration with the Implants Leadership Team - Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with KOLs and dental practitioners in collaboration with the Implants Leadership Team and others to ensure objectives as set out in the CE plan are met. - Responsible for providing direct product support to the sales team. - Responsible for ensuring that the required knowledge levels with regards to our products are sound within the organisation and the market in general. - Responsible for effectively managing inventory levels, minimising excess and obsolete stock (E&O) for assigned product portfolio in collaboration with the Operations team. - Specific Accountabilities Strategy and Planning - Undertake ongoing strategic market analysis to ensure responsiveness to changes, market trends and competitor activities. - Develop Marketing strategies to meet business objectives - Explore new business opportunities and develop a business case for implementation into Dentsply Sirona Business. - Liaise with Sales Leaders, Sales Specialists and Marketing colleagues to identify initiatives and to provide progress updates of business and additional opportunities. - Develop, manage and implement training plans, to ensure achievement of agreed sales and profit targets and broader total business objectives. - Support the State Sales Managers in the implementation of Strategic Plans. Implementation - Build relationships with both internal and external customers to capitalise on all business and opportunities. - Establish and develop business relationships with key decision makers and opinion leaders across the Region. - Understand and communicate the needs and expectations of key clients to internal stake holders to ensure that we meet and exceed client expectations. - Act as high level contact to address and resolve client concerns in conjunction with relevant sales associates. - Co-ordinate and introduce launch of new Products/Technologies in conjunction with other internal colleagues - Process and review all Product Warranties. - Ensure all literature - including catalogues, brochures, leaflets, newsletters, etc. are accurate (online and printed). Reporting & Analysis - Measure success of product strategies and activities and make recommendations for modification where necessary. - Undertake monthly analysis of product related sales and implement action to ensure achievement within agreed parameters.
