THE OPPORTUNITY As a Marketing Executive with Laundy Hotels, you will be responsible for: Collaborating with the Head of Marketing, Group Marketing Manager, and venue teams to execute comprehensive marketing plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Taking ownership of campaign execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery in accordance with directives from the Head of Marketing and Group Marketing Manager. Ensuring all marketing activities and campaigns maintain the distinct brand identity of each venue within the portfolio. Overseeing and manage social media channels, handling content creation, scheduling, and community engagement to foster audience interaction and brand loyalty. Developing LAM plans in conjunction with Venue Managers and the Group Marketing Manager to amplify venue visibility, drive revenue, and stimulate community interest. Liaising with external agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to optimize marketing efforts and streamline operational processes. Assisting in the compilation and analysis of competitor reports to inform strategic marketing decisions and identify market trends. Collaborating closely with partners to curate exceptional guest experiences that resonate with our brand values and enhance customer satisfaction. WHO ARE YOU Degree qualified (Marketing or Communications preferred) 2 years’ experience in a similar role Hospitality experience preferred An understanding of the digital marketing landscape A creative and innovative mindset Working rights in Australia Current drivers license and car WHAT ARE YOUR KEY ATTRIBUTES?
