Experienced Payroll Officer - Contract Opportunity Onsite Role 4 or 5 Days Per Week 1-3 Month Assignment Immediate or late August Start An exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled Payroll Officer to join our client undergoing a payroll system transition. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end processing of payroll for a large, multi-site workforce Interpret EBAs and awards with accuracy Provide high-level customer service to internal stakeholders Support data integrity and assist with evolving payroll processes Work confidently and independently within a small payroll team What We're Looking For: Solid payroll experience across medium to large workforces Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Confident, adaptable, and comfortable navigating change Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset Preferred Experience: Previous exposure to outsourced payroll environments (e.g., ADP) Experience with payroll system implementation an advantage String BAU payroll experience Experience in ADP If you have the skills, experience, and immediate availability, we'd love to hear from you.
