We're seeking a skilled and reliable Senior Payroll Officer with strong end-to-end payroll experience to join a large business during an exciting period of transformation. This role will play a key part in maintaining payroll accuracy and compliance while supporting the transition from Preceda to ADP . Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and EBAs. Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and support month-end and year-end processes. Assist with the transition to ADP, including data migration, testing, and implementation support. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to streamline payroll operations. What You'll Bring: Proven experience in end-to-end payroll, ideally using Preceda. Exposure to payroll system transitions or implementations (ADP experience highly regarded). Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements. High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive mindset.
