About the role As the Digital Assets & Systems Manager, you will provide strategic leadership to drive the adoption and long-term success of digital asset management and engineering tools. You will empower teams to unlock insights, enhance decision-making, and deliver value through smarter, more efficient asset management. You’ll lead the development and integration of digital frameworks and standards, guide asset data governance, and steward the effective use of digital tools across the organisation. Key Accountabilities Establish a strategic vision for the digital tools to be used in the asset management ecosystem to realise value and asset management activity efficiencies. Lead the design and rollout of asset data creation and management processes in partnership with Data Analytics & Insights, and teams across Asset Management, Future Grid, and Safety & Operations. Streamline how asset data is collected, integrated and delivered to support fully digital project and maintenance workflows. Collaborate with Asset Investments, Risk & Performance, and System Operations teams to define asset metadata, such as ratings, to enable smarter lifecycle optimisation. Champion the use and continuous improvement of digital tools like digital twins and AI-driven asset risk modelling, ensuring they deliver strategic value and efficiency across the business. Guide the development and adoption of digital engineering frameworks and standards, including CIM, BIM and LiDAR data capture. Provide inclusive leadership, mentoring and planning support to the team, aligned with Endeavour Energy’s Network and Corporate strategies. Promote consistent integration of digital asset models, offering advice and setting direction for standardisation. Represent Endeavour Energy on industry panels, sharing knowledge and shaping future standards through collaboration and influence. Qualifications, Certifications and Licences Degree qualification in Engineering or equivalent Skills and Experience Experience in asset management, risk forecasting and power engineering Experience in digital strategy development Proficiency in analytical technologies and methodologies relevant to asset optimisation. Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders. Innovative mindset with a focus on automation and efficiency improvements.
