We are in search of a CNC Machinist to join our team based at our Rutherford facility. This role will operate and program CNC machines, ensuring high-quality production in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate and program CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi-axis) to produce high-precision parts. Ensure that all jobs are completed according to the quality standards and specifications. Maintain production schedules, manage workloads, and optimize machining processes. Troubleshoot any machining issues and provide solutions promptly. Oversee machine maintenance, safety procedures, and tool management. Provide training and skill development for team members.
