This full-time position offers 38 hours per week and is located in the upper north shore area mainly around Turramurra and Pymble. Working on a mobile run alongside a team leader, client sites include a mix of public and private schools and commercial strata gardens. Task will involve: Planting, weeding, pruning, and watering. Mowing lawns, trimming edges and caring for turf areas. Preparing soil, mulching and planting beds. About You You have a passion for delivering quality work and have proven yourself to be a team player who values the experiences, knowledge and input of your colleagues as you work towards a common goal. You have a valid drivers licence and a white card, Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain). You have at least two years recent hands on experience in all aspects of garden maintenance and have a flexible approach to how you work - client requirements are always top of mind in all that you do. If you hold a Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens this will be highly regarded. You are an excellent communicator and are willing to provide input and impart your knowledge where appropriate. You also have the ability to follow instructions. You are willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun. You have the ability to undertake the physical components of the role, including but not limited to lifting and carrying heavy objects, bending, squatting, kneeling and standing for extended periods.
