We’re currently seeking a qualified and experienced Panel Beater / Body Builder to join the team at the Caloundra workshop. This is a great opportunity to work with a supportive, safety-focused team maintaining a fleet of buses to the highest industry standards. Key Responsibilities Repair and replace damaged panels, frames, and structural components on buses Fabricate and repair body parts based on technical drawings and specifications Weld, grind, and prepare surfaces for painting and finishing Mentor Apprentices and Trade Assistants, ensuring high-quality and safe workmanship What We’re Looking For Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology or equivalent qualification Previous experience in heavy vehicle panel/body repairs Medium Rigid (MR) licence – desirable Forklift licence – desirable Strong understanding of workshop operations Ability to work independently and collaboratively Why Join?
