About the Role As Branch Manager, you will: Manage day-to-day branch operations ensuring efficient, compliant processes. Lead, develop, and motivate your team to consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals. Implement growth strategies to drive revenue and increase market share. Maintain high standards of customer service and handle escalated issues professionally. Monitor and manage branch financials, including budgets, cash flow, expenses, and profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Build strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities. Prepare and present operational and financial reports to senior leadership. What You’ll Bring 3 years’ experience in branch management, sales leadership, or operations. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profitability targets. Strong understanding of customer service and business development strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities in dynamic environments. Proficiency in financial analysis and performance data interpretation. Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
