We are currently looking for a Head of Learning Services (Australia) to be responsible for developing and delivering on the OpenLearning Learning Services strategy and across all OpenLearning clients. To do this, we need a thought-leader in learning patterns and learning design best practice who can lead our Learning Services team to produce the highest quality learning experiences, effectively streamline the course delivery process from project scoping to completion, and successfully deliver on company targets. Creation of the annual Learning Services business plans, forecasts, and budgets in partnership with the Managing Director, Australia; and deliver against the operational targets set. Being a champion for lifelong learning; equipping the Learning Services team to evolve with the needs of our partners, learners, and the business. Supporting the integration of new partnerships and ensuring feedback is ongoing to facilitate continuous improvement of OpenLearning’s products and services. Working with relevant stakeholders across the organisation, with the aim to deliver beneficial outcomes for the organisation and its partners. Ideal candidates for this role might also have: A Master’s in Education, Teaching, Learning Sciences, Instructional Design, or Online Learning.
