DIESEL FITTER / MECHANIC
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs of farm machinery and equipment.
- Support the construction of new machinery and equipment.
- Assist in the training of machine operators, troubleshooting, and maintenance where applicable.
- Maintain accurate servicing records and action repairs as required.
- Keep maintenance “in-house” to reduce costs wherever possible.
What We’re Looking For:
- Trade-qualified.
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills with a proactive approach.
- Ability to train and guide others effectively.
- Organised, with a focus on detail and record-keeping.

WORKSHOP ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with servicing, maintenance, and basic repairs of farm machinery and equipment.
- Support the construction and assembly of new machinery and equipment.
- Carry out welding tasks as required.
- Help troubleshoot machinery issues and assist operators with basic maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of servicing and repairs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Mechanically minded with hands-on experience in a workshop setting.
- Welding skills and a willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions effectively.
