In this role, you will be 2IC to the Business Manager, responsible for organising the workshop workflow to achieve quality repairs completed in scope within timeframes to ensure customer satisfaction. ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in the Automotive Industry, either in a similar role, or perhaps you're a Paint or Panel Technician ready to move off the tools and into leadership. Ability to coach and mentor employees whilst driving engagement and culture Attention to detail, with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills being able to deal professionally with Insurers, customers, and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve service outcomes. Understanding of and willingness to abide by all safety practices and ensure high standards of health and safety are maintained.
