Job Description We are looking for a ‘guest obsessed’ passionate F&B / Bar Attendant who thinks outside the box and wants to opportunity to make our F&B outlets the heart & soul of our hotel. In This Role You Will Be the ‘face’ of our Bar – welcome guests, look after our VIPs and clientsBe an active promoter of Beccaria Bar and assist in implementing ways to drive revenue within our food and beverage outletsRun breakfast service, and conferencing and events as requiredBring flair, passion and charisma each and every dayBe given the opportunity to have your say and bring new ideas to the teamMaintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentationPromote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general WHS practices.
