In this pivotal position, you’ll partner with internal and external stakeholders to assess new investment and development opportunities, lead valuation oversight, and optimise the commercial performance of a diversified living asset portfolio. The role offers significant scope to influence business strategy, pricing models, capital partnerships, and contract structures, while contributing to meaningful community outcomes.
