We're currently seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Ferntree Gully. Job Duties : Develop, implement, and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to promote disability services and support sales objectives. Advise on advertising and promotional strategies to reach target markets, build brand awareness, and drive business growth. Create engaging and accessible content for digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, EDMs, newsletters, and brochures. Plan and execute events, workshops, and community outreach initiatives to increase visibility and strengthen community engagement. Collaborate with the commercial team to develop pricing strategies that maximise revenue while maintaining affordability for clients. Analyse marketing and sales data to evaluate campaign performance and inform strategic adjustments based on consumer insights. Manage and grow the organisation's social media presence across various platforms to boost engagement and reach. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, implementing data-driven improvements to enhance results. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and uncover opportunities for client acquisition and service growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, community organisations, and key stakeholders to amplify marketing efforts and foster partnerships. Qualifications / Skills : Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing-related field, preferably in a well-reputed international organisation with a strong track record of successful campaigns. Prior experience in pricing or customer services is advantageous but not mandatory. Qualifications at bachelor level is desirable. Extensive knowledge of digital marketing and data analysis, combined with a sound understanding of commercial principles and pricing strategies. Google Analytics skills are highly desirable. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with Microsoft Suite, WordPress and data analytics tools will be advantageous.
