Desktop Support Analyst Level 1-2 - Part-time – Office365, MacOS, Networks, Jira, Devices We’re looking for a reliable, Part-time Desktop Support Analyst Level 1-2 – Office365, MacOS, Networks, Jira, Devices - to provide Level 1 & 2 support in a fast-paced office environment. You’ll handle user issues, set up devices, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems—on-site, with a strong focus on service and responsiveness. You will need to possess banking, wealth, fintech or insurance experience to be considered for this role. The Desktop Support Analyst Level 1-2 – Office365, MacOS, Networks, Jira, Devices – is an initial contract role for 3 months, with the possibility of extending. The role is part-time 9am-1pm each working day, 5 days in the office based in Sydney CBD.
