About the role Due to continued growth, we have a newly created position for a full-time permanent HR and WHS Administration Assistant, to support the HR and Workplace Health and Safety functions of the business. In this diverse role, you’ll play a key part in keeping their operations running smoothly, assisting with onboarding, compliance, training records, and safety processes, while also handling general administration, event coordination, and team support. Your responsibilities may include: Supporting HR tasks such as onboarding, training coordination, and compliance tracking Assisting with WHS recordkeeping, registers, audits and safety-related communications Managing general admin: emails, phones, client and supplier communication Maintaining key registers: vehicles, equipment, insurance, licences, training Assisting with administrative processes for new jobs and projects Organising uniforms, office supplies, company events and staff initiatives Supporting ad hoc marketing, accounts and operations tasks as needed About you With a strong desire to continue a career path in Administration and a keen interest in HR and WHS functions, you will be driven, dependable and seeking long term career growth. You will also have: Strong communication and interpersonal skills 1-2 years administration experience (desirable) Excellent organisation and attention to detail Confidence using various software applications — E.g.
