We’re currently looking for a compassionate and energetic Support Worker to join our amazing SIL team in Burringbar, New South Wales . About the Role You’ll be supporting five wonderful male participants in a supported independent living (SIL) home. This is a permanent part-time position with a Master Roster of 52 hours per fortnight , including a variety of morning, afternoon, overnight, and sleepover shifts. Your responsibilities will include: Providing personal care (showering, grooming, toileting) Meal preparation and light domestic duties Community access (appointments, outings, social activities) Supporting the development of daily living skills and promoting independence About You We’re looking for someone who is: Positive , reliable, and team-oriented Energetic and enjoys making a real difference in people’s lives Able to communicate clearly and confidently You must have: A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) A current First Aid & CPR Certificate A valid driver’s licence Why Join UDC?
