Following the recent investment by a sophisticated Private Equity investor, the company is now entering an exciting phase of growth, expansion and operational modernisation. They are seeking a commercial and driven Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team. As CFO, you will lead the uplift of financial systems, reporting, and processes, building a more scalable and insightful finance function to support the business's ambitious growth agenda. You will drive the implementation of fit-for-purpose systems, including ERP upgrades, strengthen financial governance, and introduce more robust commercial analysis. A key focus will also be to support the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A opportunities, as the business explores strategic acquisitions to accelerate growth and expand capability.
