Position Overview Reporting to the CEO - Holidays, the Development Director will spearhead the strategy, planning, and execution of major capital development and master planning projects across our national network of Holiday Parks. You’ll lead a high-performing team and oversee all aspects of project delivery—from vision to execution—ensuring our assets are future-ready, guest-focused, and financially sound. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a long-term development strategy aligned with business growth. Drive the feasibility, design, and delivery of capital development and masterplan projects. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Operations. Lead stakeholder engagement, government liaison, and partner management. Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with sustainable design excellence. Build and mentor a high-performing development team. Oversee financial performance, risk management, compliance, and reporting. 15 years’ experience in large-scale developments and infrastructure projects. Proven leadership in managing multi-site, multi-disciplinary teams. Strategic thinker with deep project management expertise and commercial acumen. Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in development software tools and familiarity with emerging industry tech. Relevant qualifications (e.g., PMP/CPM) highly regarded.
