As the Activation GTM Director for AI Workforce in ANZ , you will accelerate revenue growth, boost field agility, and deliver results with our field sellers by deepening your partnership with key stakeholders across ANZ, Sales Excellence, sales, marketing, consulting, customer success, and partner functions, supporting One-Microsoft. You will be the “spiritual leader” of AI Workforce in ANZ, bringing together the virtual team of all stakeholders to plan end-to-end and collaborate effectively. Your focus will be on driving process and tool alignment, leading with a cross-solution approach to optimize pipelines, ensuring effective communication and flawless execution, and leveraging insights for data-driven decisions. This role is critical to scaling customer adoption, driven by deep solution expertise, product knowledge, and partnerships across sales, marketing, operations, and sales excellence. Responsibilities Collaborate with Solution Play GTM Managers and Areas to drive GTM strategies for Solution Plays, identify market growth opportunities, and develop execution plans. Influence and coach teams across sales, marketing, and operations to translate strategic priorities into local actions. Collaborate with core Microsoft teams to integrate field voice into strategy and program design. Lead Sales Activation efforts, champion solution plays, Highly Engaged signals, SPA, and other metrics. Activate connected sales and marketing initiatives in all segments to maximize performance and share. Partner with GPS for local partner-led marketing and demand generation strategies that support solution play success. Promote Microsoft strategy and Solution Areas, and build industry presence. Represent the voice of Customers, Partners, and Field to provide thought leadership on competitive landscape, solution gaps, sales trends, and to inform GTM plan improvements. Enhance organizational capabilities by driving insights, learnings, and identification of blockers for leaders, managers, and sellers. Drive standardized rhythms and tools to increase customer and partner engagement, and optimize investments and resources through data analysis. Qualifications Required (RQs): 10 years in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related experience, or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications (PQs): 15 years in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related fields, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related area, or equivalent experience. 10 years managing and expanding product/solution portfolios, driving demand generation, and pipeline growth within complex organizations (e.g., multinational or matrixed).
