Their tools support decision-makers in the energy sector, helping them plan and model complex scenarios that are key to the energy transition. This role is focused on building and maintaining Python APIs (Flask), deploying via AWS, and collaborating with a small, technical team to deliver quality, scalable solutions. What you’ll be doing: Building and maintaining Python-based APIs using Flask Deploying applications and infrastructure on AWS (they use CDK) Improving and debugging existing systems. Collaborating with front-end engineers, product and design to ship new features Writing clean, scalable and tested code What they’re looking for: Experience building and deploying Flask APIs Comfortable working with AWS (bonus if you've used IaC tools like CDK or CloudFormation) A pragmatic approach to problem solving and delivery Someone who is Sydney based who enjoys being in the office to collaborate 2-3 days in office.
