The Opportunity Newcastle Anglican is holding a careers open day for Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Lifestyle Wellbeing & Care Assistants looking to join our team in either a Part Time or Casual capacity. The open day will be held on Friday 22nd August 2025 in Booragul NSW. We anticipate the event to run for approximately 3 hours commencing at 10am. This open day will give you the opportunity to meet with staff and take a tour of our CA Brown Lodge McIntosh Court Aged Care facilities. Only candidates who hold the relevant qualifications and experience will be invited to the open day. Newcastle Anglican has 5 Aged Care facilities in the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie area. Certificate III/IV in Individual Support for Care Assistants. OR Registered or Enrolled Nurse with current registration under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) OR Certificate IV - Leisure Health (CPR required) Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement) EN LWO Care staff only An ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to accurately document resident’s care/progress Who we are?
