Collaborate with the broader production and engineering teams to ensure seamless transition from estimate to job award and delivery. Drive improvements in estimation systems, templates, and procedures to enhance speed, accuracy, and repeatability. Manage supplier quotes, cost data, and estimation records using standardised processes and tools. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support junior team members where applicable.
