A role with unique responsibilities Our IVF Nurses and Midwives play a significant role in the patient journey at Monash IVF. They are responsible for coordinating treatment and delivering nursing services for all patients. With exceptional service, underpinned by a caring, compassionate nature, they will directly enhance the patient experience. The position is a full-time permanent role. Your responsibilities will include: Providing outstanding patient care and nursing services to our Patients by Providing patient education and support Managing patient cycles in collaboration with Fertility Specialists and scientific team Performing phlebotomy duties as required Maintaining accurate and up to date medical records, recording clinical data and general administrative duties associated with patient care Providing support to the Fertility Specialist as required. Perform phlebotomy duties as required (training provided if not already competent). Once experienced – follicle tracking scanning and assisting with embryo transfer procedures Are you the ideal candidate for us? Ideally, we would love you to also bring: Current RN with AHPRA registration Previous experience working in a nursing speciality role Recent experience in IVF/Fertility nursing (desirable) A caring compassionate nature to nurture a patients fertility journey Diplomatic in dealing with demanding and anxious patients A willingness to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Proven ability to build strong relationships with diverse demographics and sociographic Exceptional organisational and multi-tasking skills Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills A dynamic and vibrant team player mindset with a strong interest and passion to be part of the journey to grow the brand and practice Flexible with a change A willingness to fit in and embrace the Monash IVF Group Values – Care, Collaborate, Communicate, Committed, Create Why work for us?
