Senior People & Culture Manager Reporting to the CEO, this senior People & Culture role will help define and deliver the people and culture strategy and lead the team in all things related to people, culture, recruitment and Human Resources. Responsibilities Be a Trusted Advisor Guide senior leaders with expert advice on employment law, workplace culture, and people-focused risk management. Shape Our People Strategy Lead the delivery of our People & Culture strategy that aligns with our strategy, purpose and values. Keep Us Compliant Ensure our policies and practices are always up-to-date, relevant, and communicated. Manage ER/IR matters with confidence, care, and compliance under the Fair Work Act 2009. Attract and Grow Talent Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning to build a team that's as committed as you are. Foster Culture & Engagement Lead with heart and ensure our culture stays connected, inclusive, and energised whether on the farm, in the office, or out in the field. Grow Organisational Capability Develop learning and development programs that build skills and confidence from paddock to office. Ideal Candidate A degree in HR, Business, Law, or a related field Extensive experience in senior People & Culture roles, ideally with exposure to agriculture, regional industries, or manufacturing Deep knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations.
