Committed to collaboration, openness, respect, and empowerment in healthcare What you'll be doing To provide customer focussed Call Centre services for the Western Sydney Local Health District Oral Health Service. This includes answering of internal and external telephone calls, registration and completion of Triage Questionnaires for patients accessing oral health services through current applications, the provision of appointments for patients and the appropriate management of patient inquiries regarding their dental care. Selection Criteria Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with a range of individuals including the general public. Demonstrated keyboard / typing skills - minimum typing speed 40wpm. Demonstrated experience with using Windows based software and client related databases.
