About the role As the Wellbeing Team Leader at Christadelphian Aged Care in our Gladesville Facility, NSW, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. This full-time position involves leading a dedicated team of care professionals to deliver exceptional aged care services with a focus on promoting the wellbeing and independence of our residents. What you'll be doing Developing and implementing innovative wellbeing programs that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our residents Coordinating a team of care staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of wellbeing services Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement Monitoring and evaluating the success of wellbeing initiatives, making adjustments as needed Providing regular reports and updates to management on the progress of the wellbeing program Advocating for the rights and preferences of residents, ensuring their needs are at the forefront of service delivery Collaborating with other departments to integrate wellbeing activities into the overall care model Essential Criteria Cert IV - Leisure and Lifestyle qualification (Desirable) Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing wellbeing programs for older adults Minimum of 1 year leadership experience (aged care experience desirable) First Aid Certificate Experience in completing documentation Experience working with dementia clients essential Team player Police Certificate Proof of Work rights in Australia.
