About The Role To provide oversight and service direction in the management of asset condition assessment activities and programs within West Moreton Health (WMH) and provide a service that ensures WMH complies with relevant Acts, Regulations, By-laws, Australian Standards and Queensland Health asset management policies. About You Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following: A commitment to continuous quality, safety, risk management and criticality-based decisions, proactively identifies opportunities for improvement, shows flexibility and a willingness to make decisions.Well-developed initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and to resolve problems and issues, using an innovative approach where appropriate. Demonstrated high-level ability to proactively research, analyse, report and present information leading to service delivery improvement.Ability to understand and react responsively to stakeholder expectations, and forge strong networks and partnerships across a range of complex stakeholders to drive quality and safety outcomes and performance.Proven success in delivering high performing condition assessment, equipment compliance to obligations and safety in operation in the context of asset management in a large, diverse and complex organisation.Proven track record in managing complex projects using project management methodology.Advanced interpersonal skills and the ability to manage effective relationships and partnerships with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including influencing and negotiating desired outcomes.
