Key responsibilities: Design management: Leading a multidisciplinary design team to deliver the high-quality technical project on time.Stakeholder management: Liaising with client, internal and external teams, and construction to ensure alignment and integration of design solutions.Cost management: Monitoring and controlling design expenditures using robust tracking systems to optimise budgets and prevent overruns.Design governance: Ensuring all deliverables meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards through effective QA processes.Technical oversight: Directing primary design, conducting design reviews, and collaborating with external consultants on electrical studies.
