Your role at St John of God Langmore Centre You will provide a high standard of administrative support to Consulting Doctor and ensure a high level of customer service is provided to Consulting Doctors and their patients. The Position Contribute to the success and ongoing development of the Consulting Suites Departmental Operating Plan. Effectively provide and manage quality improvement practices within the consulting suites. Supervise Consulting Suites administration staff to ensure all key duties are undertaken. Monitor delegated tasks to ensure correctness. Booking and scheduling of Consulting Doctor’s appointments and to maintain an accurate record of patients seen. To promptly and courteously attend to all patient enquiries, including phone calls. Ensure timely invoicing and receipting of all patient accounts. Reconcile Consulting Doctor’s banking after each consulting session. Familiarity with Front Desk, IBA PAS/Excel/Emails and dealing with computer software issues. Undertake stock control and ordering of stationery, laundry and medical consumables as required. You will demonstrate sound communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with the general public, patients, medical professionals, fellow caregivers, and management and proficient in computer literacy. To succeed you will have medical terminology proficiency and previous experience in a medical practice setting is desirable. We will offer you Salary: $67,569 to $69,232 per annum (pro rata for part time), plus 12% superannuation.
