About the Role Due to an exciting internal promotion, we’re seeking a new Service Coordinator – Day Programs to step into a key leadership role and help shape the future of our person-centred day supports. Working alongside the Service Manager, you’ll lead the coordination of participant onboarding, drive innovative and tailored program development, and support a passionate team of Support Workers to deliver meaningful outcomes. This is more than just a coordination role, it’s your opportunity to lead by example, champion participant choice and control, and help individuals achieve their NDIS goals through creativity, connection, and care. You’ll Be: Leading and supporting a dedicated team delivering engaging programs of support Building strong relationships with participants, families, and community partners Driving continuous improvement and innovative service delivery Facilitating participant intake and planning, with a strong focus on choice and control Hands-on in day-to-day delivery and support, including complex care where required Making an impact through data-driven reporting and meaningful outcomes What We’re Looking For: Experience in disability, community, or health services – ideally with leadership responsibility A passion for working with people of all abilities Sound understanding of person-centred and NDIS practices A natural communicator and problem solver with strong emotional intelligence Hands-on leadership, with the confidence to guide others and make real-time decisions Relevant qualifications and a current driver’s licence What You’ll Get: A supportive, values-driven team where your ideas are welcomed The opportunity to lead and grow programs Ongoing professional development and support Access to salary packaging benefits The chance to make a real difference in people’s lives, and your own Ready to take the next step?
