Position Overview: Customer Operations / Claims Coordinator We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Operations / Claims Coordinators. In this role, you will deliver outstanding service to our customers during their times of need. Your responsibilities will include managing bookings, providing top-tier customer service, and converting leads to help 'not at fault' drivers utilize our premium services such as accident replacement vehicles, towing, and vehicle repairs. You will also oversee the entire hire and repair process, ensuring all parties are well-informed and that each case is effectively managed from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service and seek continuous improvements in our processes and procedures. Action all inbound and outbound leads promptly, meeting set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Maintain lead conversion rates in alignment with set KPIs. Oversee a portfolio of customers through the vehicle repair process by coordinating with our Turn Right customers, tow operators, fleet agencies, repair shops, and assessors. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to our community. About You: You are a detail-oriented and collaborative team player with strong multitasking abilities and a talent for meeting deadlines. You excel in dynamic environments and are eager to grow within our team. Your dedication to delivering fast, efficient, and empathetic service, coupled with your positive attitude and effective communication skills, ensures a consistently exceptional customer experience. You demonstrate confidence and professionalism in both email and phone communication, and you are proficient in basic computer operations. Prior experience in insurance, panel beating, repair shops, insurance claims, or car rental businesses is highly valued. Familiarity with Rental Car Manager software is a plus; however, we are happy to provide training if needed. Requirements: Prior experience in roles such as call center representative, claims manager, car rental staff, broker, panel beater, or mechanic—where lodging insurance claims was a key responsibility—is essential Familiarity with the insurance, credit hire, motor vehicle hire, or vehicle repair industries is highly desirable, along with experience in customer service, stakeholder coordination, and dispute resolution.
