About the role Are you a proven Account Manager looking for a change or are you a highly skilled Sales Coordinator looking to take the next step into Account Management? The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW is seeking a highly organised and energetic team member to join its dynamic and fast-paced Commercial Team for the Sydney Royal Easter Show. About you… Along with previous experience in a similar role, the successful person will be able to meet the following criteria: Effective sales experience (minimum 3 years) Account Management skills Ability to manage multiple projects Work as part of a team to achieve budget Experience in client-facing sales roles (incl. proposal preparation and presentation) Good research skills for lead generation Excellent verbal/written communication skills Ability to engage with people at all levels. A solution-oriented approach with a focus on building strong relationships. Strong time management, organisational, planning and administrative skills. A Positive attitude, desire to learn new skills, energetic work ethic and demonstrated initiative.
