The role and you: Wash and clean utensils and dishes and ensuring appropriate storage Handle, sort, store and distribute food items Wash, peel, chop, cut and cook food stuffs and assist with preparing salads and desserts Sort and dispose of rubbish and recycling Organise laundering of kitchen linen Cleaning of all food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools and areas Delivering food to the Lodge at meal times Good organisational and time management skills Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision and to work under pressure Ability Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment Commitment to continuous improvement principles Knowledge of Food Hygiene regulations Current training in Food Safe Programs Benefits to you: Competitive Rates - RAAFA Continues to support our people with above award rates across our facilities!
