Responsibilities • Manage ongoing communication with both customers and suppliers. • Partner with the sourcing team to align product offerings with customer needs. • Develop and deliver sales proposals to drive business growth. • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and value enhancement. • Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities by introducing innovative products and solutions. About you You will be a dynamic, sociable person with good communication skills who thrives in a team-based environment. Print & branded merchandise knowledge, customer service experience and Excel proficiency will be considered an asset. A willingness to learn and a sparkling personality is more important.
