As part of our Perishables team, you’ll be responsible for handling temperature-sensitive goods such as dairy, meat, frozen foods, fresh produce, and other chilled or frozen items, ensuring they are stored and distributed under strict temperature controls to maintain product quality. Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5pm (No weekend work) Working environment: Cold storage areas (Chiller and Freezer) ranging from -20°C to 4°C PPE Provided: All appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is supplied to ensure your safety and comfort while working in cold conditions. Important: During the application process, we’ll confirm your comfort working in cold environments, as this is essential for the role. What you’ll do: Accurately picking and packing stock for customer orders Collect items from storage locations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Operating manual pallet jacks Safely transport goods, following all operational and safety procedures. Manual handling of goods Load and unload boxes weighing up to 20kg, ensuring safe lifting techniques and proper handling to prevent damage. Maintaining a clean and safe work area Keep your workspace tidy and hazard-free and strictly follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
