In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams training to align with organisational goals. The Role Duties include: End-to end recruitment, ensuring training is up to date for employees and arranging training with external providers, HR Policy reviews and updating job descriptions. You will have knowledge of the current employment legislation (and highly desirable is some knowledge of the SCHADS Award).
