What you’ll do Oversee and manage all aspects of daily OSHC operations, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with regulations and National Quality Standards. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of educators, fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture. Design, implement, and evaluate creative, engaging programs for primary school-aged children in Before School, After School, and Vacation Care. Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, school staff, and the wider community. Ensure all administrative tasks are completed, including rostering, enrolments, reporting, and quality improvement planning. Champion a child-safe culture, upholding all safeguarding and duty of care responsibilities. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery, programming, and team development. What you’ll bring Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent (required) Current Working With Children Check (Blue Card) First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain) Demonstrated experience in OSHC or early childhood education, with proven leadership/management skills (3 years desirable).
