You’ll join a supportive team, receive training, and help our customers find shoes that make them feel fantastic. Key Responsibilities: Providing outstanding customer service by helping shoppers find the perfect fit. Help the team meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and stay within budget targets. Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store. Processing transactions accurately and efficiently at the register. Assisting with stock replenishment and general store duties. What We’re Looking For: You’re available for a mix of weekday and sometimes weekend shifts. You might be looking for a role with purpose that fits your lifestyle. Previous retail experience is preferred, does not need to be in footwear– full training will be provided. Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
