N Position Type Non-Management POSITION SUMMARY Location ? This iconic Resort is situated between the renowned Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest in Tropical North Queensland. The resort comprises of 295 guest rooms, suites and villas. ? ? Department ? Working within our friendly and professional Housekeeping Department, this position reports to the Executive Housekeeper.? ? Responsibilities include and are not limited to ? - Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms? - Make beds, remove dirty linens and room service items ? - Dust and polish walls and furnishings? - Vacuum carpets and floor care duties? - Ensure the guest's privacy is maintained at all times? - Ability to work flexible rosters including weekends? - Providing all guests at the resort with a superior, personalized and memorable experience by greeting and assisting guests with any query / requirements in a professional and timely manner? ?
