About the role As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a successful retail store in Malaga. This full time role will see you oversee all aspects of the store's operations, from driving sales and profitability to ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. You will be a key member of the team, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the business. What you'll be doing: Manage the day to day operations of the retail store, including inventory, staff scheduling, and customer service. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. Ensuring the store maintains high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and safety. Coach, develop, and motivate a team of retail sales associates to deliver exception customer service. Analyse store performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
