THE ROLE Our client is seeking a proactive and reliable Level 1–2 IT Support Technician for a 1-month contract to cover team leave. This role involves on-site support across multiple locations in Sydney, so flexibility and mobility are key. You'll provide essential desktop, cloud, and remote support, ensuring smooth IT operations for end-users. A strong grasp of Office 365, Google Workspace, and Windows/macOS troubleshooting is a must. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide Level 1–2 IT support across various Sydney locations Troubleshoot and support Office 365 and Google Workspace environments Resolve hardware/software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Manage basic Active Directory tasks and ticketing systems Maintain clear communication and quality customer service THE ESSENTIALS Strong skills in Office 365 and Google Workspace Competent in Windows 10/11 and macOS environments Familiarity with remote support tools (TeamViewer, RDP, AnyDesk) Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.) Ability to travel between Sydney sites Professional attitude, punctuality, and autonomy 1–4 years’ experience in a Level 1–2 IT support role Please note: all applicants require a full drivers license and reliable transport.
