We are currently seeking a highly skilled Management Consultant to join our leadership team and help streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and support our expansion both in Australia and overseas. Key Responsibilities Assist in formulating and implementing objectives, strategies, and operational plans to enhance customer satisfaction, staff productivity, food quality, and the efficient use of restaurant resources. Analyse and optimise front-of-house and back-of-house workflows to improve efficiency and service standards. Evaluate the current organisational structure, systems, and practices across all areas of the restaurant, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Provide constructive feedback and solutions aligned with best practices in the hospitality industry. Develop and implement scalable systems and procedures for food safety, hygiene, staff training, and service delivery to ensure compliance with standards. Prepare and recommend proposals to improve cost control measures. Assist in enhancing the restaurant's branding and digital positioning strategy. Assist in the planning and launch of new hospitality projects, both domestically and internationally. Train, mentor, and upskill kitchen team members to achieve high standards. Support the implementation of approved organisational changes, including revising procedures, issuing updated manuals, and preparing documentation to guide staff on new methods and standards. Travel internationally to provide strategic and operational support to overseas projects and ventures as required by the business. Report directly to the Director and deliver progress reports on implemented initiatives. Monitor adherence to updated procedures and standards, and advise management on any deviations, risks, or opportunities for further improvement. About You A degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in management consulting, preferably in hospitality or food & beverage industries Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated experience in process improvement and operational planning Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities Willingness to travel internationally when required Why Join Us?
