About the Role This hands-on leadership role supports the Security Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations across a large, high-traffic retail environment. You will act as a key contact for tenants, staff, and customers while mentoring security officers and responding to incidents. Key Responsibilities: Supervise floor operations and assist with rostering. Respond to incidents, review reports, and escalate as required. Mentor and coach security officers, supporting performance management. Liaise with Centre Management, tenants, and customers to maintain safety. Coordinate conflict resolution and emergency responses. Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with procedures. Handle administrative reporting and site documentation. About You We’re seeking a proactive and professional leader who thrives under pressure and can set the standard for high-end service and safety. You will bring: Experience in large retail environments. Proven incident management and reporting skills. Strong leadership or supervisory capability. Valid NSW Security Licence and Senior First Aid Certificate (essential). Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Professional presentation and calm under pressure. Availability to work: Wednesdays 07:30-18:00, Thursdays 09:00-21:00, Fridays 08:00-18:00, Saturdays 09:00-18:00. Why Glad Group?
