Job Description Oaks Cairns Hotel are l ooking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. This role includes breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays. As a valued team member, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by: Taking Guest Orders: Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences. Menu Expertise and Recommendations: Confidently recommending food and beverage options. Serving Food & Beverages: Providing professional and efficient service, while ensuring guest satisfaction. Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Engaging warmly with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and striving to exceed their expectations. Hourly rates (excluding super): Monday – Friday: $31.19 per hour Saturday: $37.43 per hour Sunday: $43.66 per hour
